A famous confectionary producer Roshen is ranked as the most reputable company in Ukraine. It showed the results of the second specialized study of corporate reputation “The Ukraine’s Most Reputable Companies 2009” conducted by Reputation Capital Ukraine.

In the TOP 5 the most reputable companies are also such companies as Kyivstar, Nestle, Nemiroff, and Procter&Gamble Ukraine.

According to the survey the most important dimension of customer supportative behavior in Ukraine as well as in other countries is quality of Products and Services. Corporate Governance is on the second place. And the third most important dimension in the global study is Corporate Citizenship, while in Ukraine - Financial Performance of a company.

The survey “The Ukraine’s Most Reputable Companies 2009” was conducted according to the unique international methodology Rep Trak™ that is used by a world leader in the field of reputation management Reputation Institute in the global study of the level of consumers’ trust to the largest companies in the world - Global Reputation Pulse (The World's Most Reputable Companies). In 2009 in Global Pulse Study were rated the corporate reputations of the 600 world’s largest companies from 32 countries that represent 24 economic sectors.

The Ukrainian study was conducted in several phases. The criteria to include a company in the study were their gross revenues and their familiarity among the general public. The data collection for the study was made by a network marketing agency TNS in October 2009. The sample size was 1100 respondents aged 18 years and older.

The results of the study “The Ukraine’s Most Reputable Companies 2009” were presented within the Reputation Days – 2009 that were held on November 26-27 in Kyiv. The event gathered the representatives of the leading international and Ukrainian companies, and the authoritative experts in the field of reputation management. The organizer of the annual forum devoted to the issues of reputation management of countries and companies is Reputation Capital Ukraine, an official representative of Reputation Institute in Ukraine.
